Why is giving up not an option?

When difficult times approach our days it's not easy to push our selves to a positive way of thinking. We just close our minds and think the way we really want it to be. We don't want anyone giving their opinion or really trying hard to make you see what someone from the other side sees, you just want to hide on what you really believe or think.

What experts define giving up is by:

A procedure in securities or commodities trading where the executing broker places a trade on behalf of another broker as if he/she actually executed the trade.

This meaning that you don't believe in yourself and in your possibilities, because maybe what is surrounding you in those moments it's not making you want to move forward and try. The key work is "try". If you don't try you don't know if you are good at it, you don't even know if you are bad at it.

Once knowing you are not that good, you can at least keep trying if what you are wanting is that. But trying, is always part of hard working to achieve a goal. Once, Mr. Smith, the director of my school, had a talk with me about my options getting into University with an Athletic scholarship, and what he said once I sat was: "Ines, you can achieve what you want, working hard and keeping trying..." he remembered me, who he is, how much experience he has and basically, he was right.

Many times we see ourselves not able to go ahead and do something, sometimes because of our prejudices and the stereotyped society we live everyday but that's not an excuse. We basically need to push ourselves up and go for it, simply chasing your dreams till you achieve them.

We, as humans, tend to commit the same error thinking that tough times with time, makes it less tough.
